  • How Quickly Do You Get To Your Hanging Weight At Beginning Of Sets

    I typically will start off at 10lb. then add 1lb per minute till I reach my current top hanging weight of 15lbs. So about 5 min. of gradual weight increase. I feel this gives ligs a chance to slowly stretch, as apposed to 'shocking' them with too much, too quickly. Was curious how others here start off their hanging sessions. Thanx.

    I have always started right off with the max weight. I don't see anything wrong with how your doing it other than loosing some time at max weight. What type of hanger are you using?
