I bought the bathmate 2 weeks ago, and didnt have time for Total consistency. But im currently planning A routine and some input from anyone of who wants to, would be nice.
So far, almost everyone says that bathmate alone is not enough, so thats why im asking for input. some things you need to know before you write:
- I have been doing PE for the last 3 years on and of, but i never managed to stay consistent enough. 2,5 months was my longest streak. Dispite that, im pretty conditioned. I've done intense stuff Like horse squeezes and bundled stretches, so dont Worry about holdning back on recommendation.
- I have a very god EQ. Always had.
- upward Curve. Semi 'peyrones' Maybe, not really sure.
