Extending at the moment. I am using the comfort pad that goes around the silicon noose and it's much more comfortable. I have removed the silicon ring sleeve and only using the cotton cloth as a padding around the penis. The design of the silicon ring sleeve is not effective. It's not long enough to cover an ample area of the penis. They should have made it at least an inch long.
