At te moment I am only using the ilicon sleeve as an ADS. I need to rest my foreskin from Edema as the foreskin has lately become very tight.

At the moment I can't say much because I got the flu and my penis looks small. Worst of all the Edema on the foreskin from the Phallosan caused phimosis so I have stopped using it in the meanwhile. I am back to Manual PE and the Bathmate.
