Phallosan sleeve alternatives

Good question, bear. I haven't used the tape because the caps seem so easy to put on and remove, even for a pee break. I don't think there should be much difference though. I do know I stretch my caps over something before using them...otherwise they seem a bit tight for my glans.

How long do the LG sleeves need to be when used with the PF. All the way up to the base, or?

Mine isn't I cut a sleeve around 2.5" it goes about half way down my shaft and works fine that way if I want to use the phallosan belt like intended I don't have the bulky sleeve to bend over just my shaft( I use a ads strap not the phallosan belt).

I've found in my case through experimentation, that the length of the sleeve can target the area that will get most of the majority of the tension. Where the sleeve stops to the base will see more pressure than the area covered by the sleeve. If you wanted to target the ligaments, for example, you would sleeve as much of the shaft as possible.

I cut my silicone sleeve so that it covers my shaft to the base...such an improvement over the condom sleeves!

Before I read this post I purchased 2 more sleeves from PF. I sent a picture to PF of my 2 torn condoms that came with the unit both ripped within 3 weeks after surcharging the unit. They sent me 2 more for free so Kno wI have 4 sleeves. I purchased the hanger sleeve and I will never go back.

Does anyone want any PF large condoms sleeves?

Still wearing the PF with out the gland cap, I have over 100 hours with zero issues or side effects. Is anyone else using the PF without the cap? I know everybody says you should. I do not want to spend anymore money

No thank you on the PF sleeves, I've been using silicone sleeves for a while now and recently making my own past couple months; I'm getting pretty good at it too

. I can't see going back to the PF sleeves after using generic silicone sleeves too.

I've only had my Phallosan for a very short time. I tested the original sleeves while I was waiting on the LG ones to arrive. The difference in suction is not even comparable. The LG sleeves are so thick, it just clings on there and no amount of movement is going to let any air in. With the original sleeves, I did find suction seemed fine - until I would move(including hooking the device up). Then I may lose some air. The LG doesn't do that at all.

However, I would say the original PF sleeves are more comfortable. A lot more, actually. They're so much lighter, and don't seem to pull as much. I also didn't feel as though I needed something like the glans cap when I was using them. For the LG, I do. I have durable enough skin that I'm okay with the LG, but I would say someone with sensitive skin that's prone to irritation, or chafing, may either stick with the original ones, or find a different alternative. The LG are clearly better for me, but I wouldn't suggest them for everyone.

I may end up looking into those Chinese ones I've seen mentioned. While LG is perfect for suction and durability, I think they're mediocre on comfort at best.

And how long is that? Like 4"? More? Less?

Ordered some of these. Still not here, but interested to try them. The LG sleeve is a massive upgrade from the standard PF ones, but I have found one flaw. Eventually a small snag developed from where I cut it. That got worse, and I had to re-cut it. I still have the second half of the LG sleeve untouched, and the first half is still long enough - barely. But I have under 200 hours use on the first sleeve. I hope to have better luck with the rest of it, but I'd like a backup now.
If I do shred up my LG sleeve, I'm not too sure I'll order another, unless these AliExpress things are truly junky.
