  • Hanging, twisting and ligaments

In these past couple of months where I experimented with angles, I noticed that I can spin my shaft around to the left or the right side. I keep turning for a while (maybe about 100 degrees) until it sort of stops and it feels like the shaft has "locked" into place. Does anyone know what's going on here? Is it something to do with the ligaments?

This a mild version of "Bundle" hanging. I routinely bundle hang now with a full 360* degree turn while under 8 - 10 lbs of traction. You want to trigger Tunica expansion and growth? Try bundle hanging!
