Well I have been doing manual exercises and hanging for 3 1/2 years. If there was something as simple as a patch I certainly wouldn't have invested all this time. Put it this way, do you think you could take a pill, patch or potion that could make you lean and muscular with 6 pack abs without any physical effort on your part? Save your money my friend, it's a scam.

They were big dick patches? I thought it was a game using paint chips. Which would probably be more effective.
