    I love my electric heating pad, why did I stop using one for PE?

    I recently re started using an electric adjustable heat pad while in my extender. The heat does wonders while the extender slowly stretches my tissues to it's limits for the session. I noticed that with the heat I stretch to max a lot faster and I can stay in the extender a lot longer comfortably.
    When I get to my usual stretch length, I put a sock over the extender to hold the heat and carry on with my day.

    King Arthur: This new learning amazes me, Sir Bedevere. Explain again how sheep's bladders may be employed to prevent earthquakes.
