I am about 6.2 BPEL
I use the medium bar. I am not going by tension level anymore. Reason being I think that doing a routine of how many screw turns is possibly more reliable as if I go by using the tension level, I will have to keep rotating the screws through the day.
Also, I have been doing PE for ages and still have no gains but I won't give up!!
My plan is to simply do
1 st week. 24 screw turns each side
2nd week. 30 screw turns each side
3rd week. 34 screw turns each side
4th week. 38 screw turns each side
Eventually keep upping the screw turns
When I begin this on 24 screw turns I hit exactly 1200g but after my dick is accustomed to this, it does go down to around 1000/900g.
I dunno guys, I feel like this may be a better way as I know where I am. Any thoughts?
