Reomving the sleeve is extremely easy- roll it to the point where it starts to squeeze your head and then just pull it gently out.

I have switched to the L size bell. M size was giving me constant edemas, and it was them that held the penis :/ It's so much better now, but the increased size is uncomfortable wearing normal pants with a belt.

Pad it out with a sock or something similar, or wear looser clothing. Should be an easy problem to resolve.

Solved the problem by putting my penis just sideways, horizontally, not diagonally upwards. Squatting to reach something is now a problem :/ pinching sensation is quite unpleasant and forces me to do weird poses while tying my shoes.
