    yes I use bib and phallosan as an ads. I suspect that the phallosan use prior to the vac hanger predisposed me to the blister I experienced, just my supposition though.

    most important thing with bib is the wrapping. stealthpeman posted re" wrapping and was very helpful.

    Are you asking because you're skeptical as to whether it works? It does, friend. This ship sailed a long time ago. In fact, many consider it one of (if not the most) effective method for length gains.

    There are a couple threads that documented the biggest gainers and the exercises they used. You can find those threads and see the people that used hanging, and then check out their logs and such

    I hang, started a couple weeks ago I haven't measured yet but visually it looks like I have gained a little, my flaccid hang is longer, my erect gains look longer. But like I said that is just by my eye sight. I really like my bib hanger. It grips the internals and really stretches it out. Once you get the adjustment and wrapping right it feels so much better.
    I'm going to give the bib a good year of steady use. It's also good for manual stretching as it grips better than your hand and has a strap on it. I've actually reached right up under my nut sack while stretching and felt my internals get pulled out, the lig pops are amazing as well.
