So any time I do BTC, it will always twist to the left or right. Never the same direction. I became accustomed to doing two sets in each direction. I would assume this focus a lot on the ligs on the side I am on but at the same time I think it's contour productive since if I were just to do heavier/longer sets without a twist I would yield more.
So my questions are:
Should I stay with what I am doing and hit each side?
Should I go straight down and force it?
How should I accomplish that since it likes to twist either way?
Am I the only one that experiences this?
Side note; this only occurs when I do BTC or seated SD. Standing SD or SO, no twist.
