Hey guys, wanted to start this log since I have already had great results from using the quick extender pro and kept a detailed log of my usage. I bought the quick extender pro long before I discovered this great website and using an extender was my first legit step in my journey towards PE. During the course of 4.5 months I went from 5.5" BPEL to 6.25" and 4.5" MEG to 5.25". At the time I was somewhat disappointed with my results and it wasn't until I started surfing the forums here that I realized just how fortunate I was to have these results.

Initial measure 5.5 x 4.5
Saturday: added one small extension piece (.5cm) to original device length wore for 3h

General Guidelines:
- Warm ups consisted of hot shower and 5 minutes of side to side and up and down stretches and holds
- Extender was worn ~2h at a time before taking off for 15 minute rest which included helicopter shakes and massaging/stretching.
- Extender was worn during day only - no night usage
- Extender was mostly worn under pants (jeans/slacks)
- No other PE activity took place - just warmed up, stretched, break every 2h
- No cool downs were done, just took it off and went on with my business
