Pressure decreases pretty quickly on my Leluv

Hi guys, I used to use a BM but once I bought a Leluv pump I never went back. I've had this problem I wanna say, for the longest time. When I apply pressure, lets say to 5hg, it'll keep decreasing, I think it takes maybe 10-15 seconds before it reaches 0hg, so I have to always keep pumping every few seconds until my 15 minutes is up. I never had to do that with my BM, I remember I could just pump it while in the shower and it'll hold it there until I was done showering. I'm trimmed up really good down there so it's not that I have too much hair. I am using lube, but with the BM I never really had to use any. I could just air pump it without it and it would hold. Is my pump faulty, or is that normal? (I've had it for over 5 months I want to say)

Your cylinder is probably leaking. Try tightening the female and male connectors and make sure the base of the cylinder is properly lubricated.

Sometimes the the washer on the female connector dries out and needs to be replaced.

How do you do that exactly? They sent me a new female connector awhile back and a new pump, the new pump was better but I really don't know how to undo the connector

The female connector is screwed into the top of the cylinder and there should be a small rubber O ring between the base of the connector and the top of the cylinder. Try using players to unscrew the connector.
