Stealth has strived to meet the demands required for an all day passive extension device to be both comfortable and convenient. For this to be possible the first criteria was that one could urinate without having to remove it. We are unaware of any thing else in the market that offers this degree of versatility.
You need to give it a week or so for the materials to break-in and conform to your anatomy. At which point, with some practice, urination will become a non-issue. The key is to relax while draining and then tighten the PC muscle for complete elimination 2-3 times more than usual otherwise you run the risk of leakage afterwards. Tip… remove the Retainer Band before taking a leak and put back on afterwards. When done in this way it basically acts as a stop valve to insure against unwanted leakage.
Regarding the swelling up you are experiencing. That would be due to the fit being on the tighter side which is actually a good thing at first. Just make sure you don’t use more than one of the extra sleeves at a time, with or without the Retainer Band. You should be alternating the accessory components until all have had a chance to break-in for a more comfortable and relaxed fit. At which point the swelling will no longer occur and you can layer up as much as you like depending on your preferences at any given time.
As a company we don’t see the point in gouging customers with hyper inflated/predatory pricing strategies. It is amazing to see what people are willing to pay for what is often home made gear held together with elastic bands and zip ties packaged in straight up sandwich bags.
Thanks for your kind words of encouragement… it is appreciated.
All the best to you!

When using the spandex or neoprene sleeves try experimenting with multiple folds concentrated at the base or behind the glans to target specific areas for a tighter fit. You can then wear the Retainer Band over top with however many folds you find necessary to modulate the fit as required to secure the glans in place or to act as a tighter fitting cocking at the base.
good luck!

I've been lurking for quite some time, and this device looks to me like an excellent, more discrete, and more versatile version of the PF (not an indictment on one company vs. another, I'm just saying that Stealth looks like something that would fit my needs and schedule). I have been in touch with a couple great veterans who have cited positive experiences, and I am looking forward to ordering mine.
My concerns have mostly been relieved: (1) wrong size and return policy, that question was answered, so thanks (2) measuring concerns -- this is just a matter of my being accurate, so I will endeavor to be as accurate as I can. (3) You mention that Stealth is meant to cement gains in a healing phase. What if Stealth is your only/preferred form of PE? Is it necessary to warm up before using Stealth? Have you had customers reach out and cite positive experiences from using Stealth as their sole means of PE?
Furthermore, as others have mentioned already, I think you will be doing your company a massive favor once you publish a study. I would personally be interesting in participating in that study! Anyway, once I get my paycheck I'll place an order for Stealth.

Based on all my experimenting and trying various extenders: andropenis, phallosan, stealth... my guess is that Stealth without the coils would be good for flaccid gains. Maybe erect, depending on stretch, but I don’t think it —alone—would be the most effective approach. Again, I’m saying this as mostly a lurker and reader here and other sites... but now that I’m getting more experience, figured I’d say a few things here and there. Anyway, I think you’ll be happy with this for sleep, as it’s truly the only thing I trust leaving on at all times. I’m sure other guys figured out options with other devices, but not me yet. Only wrapping or stealth has been comfy & safe enough for me. It’s gett a little easier, but still tough for me to get on. But I’m getting better. Today was best yet. Good luck and try experimenting. I do like the idea of trying to be extended or stretched as much as possible— passively and without worrying it’s gonna fall out of your pants. Peeing with it in is also a huge plus. Good luck!! My two word summary: combine methods.

As you are aware the resize policy we have in place is very customer friendly. To minimize the chances for a mistake here are the more detailed measuring instructions…
Measure the penis while completely flaccid and comfortably stretched. For length measure the shaft from the fat pad (lightly pressed 1/2" only) till the beginning of the glans (not including the head).
For girth, again the penis must be completely flaccid and comfortably stretched. Measure behind the glans with enough tension on the tape to take up the slack skin and lightly measure the firm underlying tissue of the penis.
You can contact us on the info@stealthformen.com support email for reference photos on request.
If you are on a borderline measurement for girth, choose on the tighter side. If you are borderline on the length choose the shorter size, if you tend to retract more in the flaccid state. If you hang long flaccid, choose the longer size.
Many of our customers are not familiar with PE and only use our products. We see them upsizing on subsequent orders with feedback that reflects the same. However results depend on so many factors that we tend to avoid making claims for gains that might not be fulfilled in every case.
Once we have a complete line of PE products available we will have study opportunities available for user results to be posted and unbiased data collected for publication.

Definitely you can sleep with your Stealth inner wear on in complete confidence. You may want to limit the spandex sleeves and retainer band until they are completely broken in for a relaxed fit otherwise if brand new they may cause some discomfort due to the overly tight fit that will cause you to be woken up from sleep with your morning erections. If so simply remove and without any harm or danger and go back to sleep.
It’s so true.. there are so many products and individual preferences that it is very helpful to be open to exploration to find what combinations are working for you at any given time.
Nothing remains static if you want to keep evolving.
Thanks for the input!
