The video is an animation (not real) which demonstrates the technique to wear. For the average sized penis ,you can expect to be held in extension to within 1/2” or so of your erect size. Keep in mind the Innerwear is a passive extender that keeps you from retracing during the healing stage of a well rounded PE routine. This is a key principal for maximizing and cementing your hard earned gains. If you are looking for more active stretching you can also consider adding the Corkscrew to your routine.

I just wanted to stop by and say I am very pleased with my Stealth Innerwear and Corkscrew. I have 1 innerwear for pre-pump normal flaccid and a larger innerwear for after pumping with my BM. I have just added the corkscrew to my routine and it is very comfortable. Good work!

Some more positive feedback then. I didn't actually buy the stealth for it's stretching functions. (Although I also enjoy its primary functions!)

Has anybody else reported benefits of the stealth innerwear for uncircumcised men who suffer from premature ejaculation? My glans and frenulum are very sensitive and I've been battling PE for many years with little success. But after wearing the innerwear every day for 8 hours for about a month my penis has already desensitized enough to make me last noticeably longer. It has formed some dry layer like if I were circumcised. I used to last under 5 minutes but now I easily reach 15 minutes. Like I'm getting all the benefits of being cut, without actually being cut!

I have enjoyed mine as well. I goofed up measuring on my 1st one but have since put it to good use. I wear #1 after pumping as it is abut 20% larger than my all day #2 "garment". One question however... what do the spandex covers really do? I use the black one for more tension or compression, is that what they are for? Thanks//

I got my first Stealth Innerwear last week. I love it! It feels great wearing it under jeans. I also sleep with it on. It makes morning wood a new experience. I found the C32 fits me perfectly. I also use a Bathmate X30 and just ordered another Innerwear size D36 to use after pumping. I'm looking forward to "cementing my gains"! I think I may order a corkscrew when I see what gains I get from these.
