With the shaft length at 5.5” you are right on the borderline between the D and E series for length. We usually recommend growers to select the shorter length and the guys who naturally hang long to go the for the size up. In your case, the D length would be the way to go at least on your first order.

3.5” girth behind the glans is borderline between 26 and 28. I agree that the 26 is the best way to go as it will ensure a more secure fit. The base at 3.9” translates to the 30 girth so you may want to go with a custom sheath. For this, we would need your mid shaft measurement as well to determine if the taper needs to be a straight angle from the base to glans or if it needs to be straight from the base to mid shaft and then angled to the glans or to simply make it a steep angled taper only right behind the glans. We can do this for you at no extra charge.

I measure in cm and the shaft lenght is 14.3 cm which is 5.62" but i think maybe D is still ok, and about the girth behind the glans is 8.5 cm which is 3.34", mid shaft is 8.9 cm= 3.5" and base is 10 cm= 3.93 "
I think i should do the order by the mail? Because the custom sheath is not posible to choose on the web.

At 5.62” that would be an “E” series for length and a 26 for girth behind the glans, 28 mid shaft and 30 at the base. E30-28-26 would be the size code. You can contact us at the support email info@stealthformen.com to receive an invoice for the custom order.

This would really depend on the size of your post pump engorgement. I can make a recommendation on the flaccid measurements you offered however, the one size up in length and two sizes up in girth is just a general guideline for post pump upsizing.


You would need to measure again to know more clearly what the actual requirement is. Generally, we recommend getting a Stealth for regular use and once you gain some experience you will be in a much better position to decide what would size would work best for your post workout.
