This device looks interesting, I am extending during the day with a penimaster vacuum extender and I want to keep the stretch overnight, can I use Stealth while sleeping, for 8+ hours without removing it?
I would like to get one that is a little smaller than my stretched flaccid to avoid my penis slipping back, is that fine or shouldn't I go for a smaller one? I am not really expecting to grow from that device, I just want to keep my penis stretched

It is very comfortable. You might have to break it in but it doesn't take long. There were times where I wore this thing for 24 hours and just took it off to shower and put it back on afterwards. After you wear it for like a week, you forget about it and it feels natural.

Purchased the Stealth and have been very disappointed with it so far. It is very difficult to get the nylon off the penis once you have used it to get the penis in the Stealth itself, and the coil seems to be basically useless: I could perhaps cut a couple rings off, and try to tighten it down enough to pinch my penis (ouch) so that when I uncoil it, it will grab and hold tension, but the Stealth itself doesnt seem to want to stretch to match the coil, and even without stretching the Stealth and with pinching my penis, the coil still comes off. At this point I would rather I had not purchased it, and just spent money on a bunch of tape, cloth, and theraband to create my own "stealthware" for all day stretching.

I can understand your frustration specially when the penis turtles back inside the sheath... god damn that feels even worse than the turtling itself! Sometimes there is a learning curve involved to get the proper performance or what size adjustment to make in order to get the proper performance that you deserve.

Lets begin by examining where you are at now. You can overcome the difficulty you are experiencing to get the penis into the sheath with this alternative technique. First put one of the thin spandex sleeves over the glans and approximately one third to halfway down the shaft. Use the excess length of spandex sleeve hanging off the penis to thread thru the Innerwear sheath using it to slide the sheath into place on the shaft. Remove the spandex sleeve which can then be worn as a folded double layer over top of the Innerwear sheath if you prefer a thicker firmer sheath.

You mentioned that slippage has occurred which would be a clear indication that the girth is too large. Assuming that your shaft is relatively the same girth from base to glans (if not we can make you a custom tapered sheath) you can size down according to the increments between each size. Each girth down 28-26-24 etc is 1/4" tighter in circumference. You can base the incremental size difference from the size you have now to know which one is correct. You can also remeasure according to the instructions to see how they correlate. A third method is to pinch the silicone ring and when you have what feels like the correct fit, note how much excess is there and deduce the correct size accordingly.

The head can feel cool to the touch and although it happens more frequently with the inner wear on... the glans has the capacity to naturally fluctuate and feel cooler under normal circumstances as well. So there is no danger here however, when this occurs you can use it as an opportunity for some manual jelqs to engorge the penis with more blood. You can also wear the silicone Retainer Band at the base of the penis for a larger flaccid which offsets the tendency for coolness of the glans to occur.

Some guys go thru more of a learning curve than others and I would recommend that you try not to get frustrated and call it quits but rather examine more closely what is happening so you can adapt your method or technique to overcome it.


For example, if you put the spandex sleeve too far down the shaft it will be more difficult to remove after the sheath is in place. You can also experiment with positioning of the foreskin or if cut the frenulum and make sure that it is retracted further down the shaft. An easy trick would be to apply a bit of baby powder until your technique improves.


The Coil is sized for the maximum length and weight at a given size parameter. If you find it difficult to handle then definitely cut coils off to suit your needs. The kit comes with an PVC end cap to seal the wire after cutting it for this very reason. I personally prefer 3 coils removed from my D24 for a lighter/smaller profile coil that is easier to put on and wear for extended periods of time in comfort more discretion under loose fitting attire.


The base band is designed to unfold to meet the extra extension that the Corkscrew offers… this should not be a problem for you at all. Again, I would encourage you to examine more closely what is happening there in order to resolve it.

I have received stealth yesterday and since then I've been on it no stop, good device, definetly worth the price.

I want to ask about the new vac hanger that you are developing, can that device be only used for hanging or also as an extender? Will it be something like Phallosan or something like Penimaster PRO? Any pictures of it?
