Product looks awesome and I am going to purchase one. I am just curious... I am currently using an ace bandage and that provides a tight fit that holds elongation well above resting flaccid length. This is what I want... if I am 4.75" flaccid, is the size for 4.75 going to actively stretch it? Or will it just hold it at 4.75"? Can I order a 5.5-6" to lengthen the hold??

You should check the measuring instructions. You are suppose to measure only to the beginning of the glands not to the tip of your penis.
There's a range you need to find where you are in the range.

Technically, in "PE Gym-speak"

...you measure BPSFL pressing in ONLY 1/2" into your fatpad, then up your shaft to just behind where your corona "flares" on top of your shaft. THAT should give you your measurement for the Innerwear length you need to order. Girth is measured tightly just behind your "coronal flare" (stretched), as well on circumcised guys. Uncut guys need to pull their foreskin back (fully) BEFORE taking measurements.

...At least that's what I understood from watching the videos.

As you mentioned, with borderline measurements on girth, it is recommended to go with a tighter fit to make sure the garment is secured properly around the penis for maintaining extension and preventing turtling.

The Corkscrew is not as comfortable and flexible as the Innerwear. Wearing it to bed while sleeping is not recommended. There is no risk of harm or injury to your penis, but you do need to monitor your body’s feedback in the form of sensation and make any adjustments if and when needed.

Thanks in advance. Will most likely order one just to try anyway - looks nicely and the price is also no problem to just wear it for some hours a day.

Most guys who are uncut wear Stealth with their foreskin pulled back inside the sheath so that the silicone bead is seated securely behind the glans. However we do have some customers who prefer to keep the foreskin covering the glans and still successfully maintain extension. So basically you would need to experiment and find out what you like best.

If you are getting better performance with the glans exposed, you can wear the spandex sleeve in such a way that it keeps the glans covered essentially acting as an artificial foreskin.
