I plan on buying the innerwear and the corkscrew in a few weeks. Just wondering if the postage is charged separate for both? I live in the UK so that would be $32 (£24.54) which would be quite expensive for postage. Also, I struggle to measure the girth behind the glans effectively due to foreskin so I would want to make sure I'm getting the right size if I'm paying that much.

You will not be charged for the postage twice to ship one package. The cost to ship will be at the Corkscrew rate only, no matter what or how many other components are included. The $15 replacement fee on the Innerwear applies to all customers. This cost includes customized tapered sleeves or strapless versions etc if required for a proper fit.
The Corkscrew is highly adaptable to fit so you should have no problem sorting that out with the one you get the first time around. We can also include a free forming tube for the Corkscrew along with the replacement Innerwear. However, if you feel you really just want a new Corkscrew we can include that for another $20 with no additional shipping charges applied.
To ensure that you get the proper fit, here are the detailed measuring instructions.
Measure the penis while completely flaccid and comfortably stretched. For length measure the shaft from the fat pad (lightly pressed 1/2" only) till the beginning of the glans (not including the head).
For girth, again the penis must be completely flaccid and comfortably stretched. Measure behind the glans with enough tension on the tape to take up the slack skin and lightly measure the firm underlying tissue of the penis.
If you are borderline for girth, represented by numbers then select the smaller size to ensure and secure fit. If borderline for length, represented by the letters choose the shorter one if you tend to retract in the flaccid state. If you hang long naturally you can select the bigger size.

I can measure length no problem but when I try girth there's only a tiny gap between the foreskin and corona so I can't use a tape measure otherwise it will go over the thick bit of foreskin and give a wrong measurement. Only thing I can think of is using string or a shoe lace and putting between the foreskin and corona then measuring against a ruler.

Best if you can retract the foreskin to get the shaft measurement directly. If that's a problem for you, then the string will work just fine as well. Be sure that you don't pull it too tight as the string can measure too small if you don't compensate for this. You can also measure the shaft through the thick skin, use enough tension on the tape to lightly measure the firm underlying tissue of the penis shaft. The key is to not over think the process and just practice a bit to get the proper technique down first and then casually take the measurement to avoid a semi-flaccid from inflating the girth.

Yeah I had issues with my flaccid getting pumped during measuring last time. I think I will take multiple readings over a few days to be sure. I can fully retract the foreskin and measure behind the corona but I can't do this whilst stretching my flaccid because I have to hold the glans with one hand and tape measure with other so my foreskin sits directly behind the glans where I'm supposed to measure. I plan on getting cut eventually but due to cost and being at uni it will be a while.

Hi, just now learning about PE devices. The Innerwear and Corkscrew look great. Not too expensive and are subtle/stealthy.
I want to make sure I understand correctly. Is the Innerwear not meant as a penis extender on its own? Merely a way to help retain gains during a healing phase?
Is the Corkscrew an extender in terms of how it works?
Which gains are the Innerwear and Corkscrew best for? Flaccid length, flaccid girth, erect length, or erect girth?
Thank you

Correct, it is used for cementing gains and I'd say they are most likely better for flaccid but may aid in erect too. Corkscrew is a light extender, I think it would be perfect for conditioning before using an advanced extender like the Phallosan Forte. This is what I plan on doing, getting it soon and Phallosan Forte in September so I can use the Corkscrew as a build up.
