Just got my Mag-Volt yesterday in the Mail and it fit like a glove.Not too tight and not to loose just right..I wore it for 4 hrs this afternoon and noticed about mid shaft up top and off to the side a bit on my left is a one and a quarter inch long by 3/4 inch wide puffy swell spot.How would this form there from wearing the mag-volt under the scrotum and up top of the shaft at the base.I have not done any other PE exercises in a couple days to make this form and never noticed nothing there before putting the mag-volt on..Plus the mag-volt fits perfect and its not tight or constricting at all.I am stumped to find this at mid shaft..Anyone have any ideas..Mine never had the 2mm silicone disc attached to one of the clasping magnets to dampen the contact..One thing for sure,those magnets are sure powerful,the mag-volt will never fall off on its own...

Update..Day 2 with the Mag-Volt..Wore it for 5 hrs today and no swelling puffy area..I am thinking it might have been a skin reaction to the Zinc on the MV plus I have been taking a Zinc supplement for 6 months now so maybe that with the MV had something to do with the first day reaction thing..Day 2 and all is Good.Unit is Hanging nicely and this seems to have stopped my daytime turtling too.Good Stuff...

I don't know the spec of the plating but I will ask and find out. I don't bother cleaning the copper as the patina turns such a nice deep mahogany color and doesn't affect the voltage. I find that, although the silver stays brighter much longer, it does not tarnish so handsomely as the copper. In any case, you can use dish soap and table salt to clean the copper up good as new.

No idea what could be happening to cause swelling on the shaft. I would take rest and let things settle down and try again to see if there is an issue with the Mag-Volt. The 2mm silicone disks didn't work out. The magnets tend to kink to one side and the adhesive softens with the body heat so that the disc slides out of position. I would recommend to remove it (if you had it) and use the fingers to dampen the impact of the high powered magnets. The best way to remove the Mag-Volt is to kink them by applying force from the side much in the same way you would break a pencil. Once you have the flat surfaces kinked they are much easier to separate by pulling apart.

The same after a salt and hand soap wash with light scrub. Nice, but it doesn't last long and the patina looks quite handsome imo.

I have been wearing my Mag-Volt for 4-5 hrs a day this week and the only time I had that little swell spot was the first time I wore it on the first day.All is good now..

OK. Cool. I find that copper eventually gets to a near black tarnish in our high sulphur environment, and this does affect conductivity. But your design is so nice I'm going to go for one regardless. Why does the sizing guide say to measure while erect, when I would imagine most people would wear while flaccid? Plus, my nuts ride high and tight when erect (making for a larger total circumference I think). Cheers!

You can also use a mixture of salt and vinegar to more effectively clean the oxidized copper, however, it tends to leave behind a psychedelic coloring effect, which is interesting in its own way too. We recommend the sizing to be done in the erect condition as you will notice very obvious flaccid and scrotal size gains in the morning after wearing the Mag-Volt overnight. For this reason, we recommend testing for a day after conservatively cutting the silicone tube when dialing in for a tighter fit. Here is a reference image for the correct measuring technique.
