I take l-arginine, lesithin, ginger root, macca, & 60% icarrin (HGW) along with a male multi-vitamin daily.
I'd say macca is the least effective for me (can't tell it's made ANY difference in EQ or stamina in 9+ months of use). The most OBVIOUSLY effective supplement I take is lecithin. With about 5000 mg daily, along with good hydration habits throughout the day, I see a HUGE increase in my cum loads, and a greatly prolonged orgasm when I ejaculate.

I take normal supplements for working out and I use baby oil for PE. I have an extender I suspended use due to not being able to put meaningful time in with. That's it at the moment.Starting (20 JUL 2012)

I have both an extender (which I will probably never touch it again), and I have both an air pump and a Bathmate. I also have a hanger device as well as an Aneros somewhere gathering dust. I have barely touched any of the devices (only the air pump) in more than two years. The basic manual exercises are what I do.
I have tried several supplements, and some work and other do not work that well to me. I think Tribulus works, but I am afraid to take it as I read warnings against it on the internet, where sceptic sites claim tribulus can mess with your hormones.
Of supplements, what I think work well are citrulline, l-Arginine, horny goat weed, lechitin and zinc. In fact I think zinc possibly works best for me, where I experience a mild "viagra"-effect, especially if I take a zinc tablet on an empty stomach.
Beware that many people experience that most zinc types are irritating their stomachs. I use the gentle one, Zinc picolinate.

I've recently taken a liking to clamping. That's the only device I've used though, I'm a manual exercise guy typically. I like the idea of passive PE though.
No supplements either even though it's a great idea to take them. I just prefer to get all that through food. I get ginger and tumeric into my body daily either through food or drink.
