  • Wearing an extender: How to speed up your progress.

    Been wearing the Quick Extender Pro for 2 months now, about 5 hours a day on average. I haven't measured myself in fear of getting discouraged as I'm aware the results are very slow; which makes patience the most significant factor in this penis enlargement journey, as this website states.

    However, now that I'm reading everyone's experience here with an extender, it can sometimes take up to 3 years or even more just to gain 1 inch. So I was just wondering, for the PE professionals here who have doubled their length in a successful amount of time, if you used any specific jelqing exercises between wearing it or every other day to speed up your progress?

    Because I knew wearing this wouldn't be "magical overnight" change, but 3+ years of consistent use just for a 1 inch gain, really? Almost sounds like I should just wait until I can afford surgery. lol

    Manual excersizes help a lot. Go to the START HERE button at the top left of the page. Pick a beginner rojtine. Be patient and consistent.

        You will need to follow a routine which forces growth. Can you describe the details of your routine?

          Maybe I can offer some encouragement . I too also bought the Quick Extender Pro and began my PE journey. I had tremendous success with said device.                 Appreciate your insight, man. This will help a lot. I read your embarrassing story at work, sucks brother! I actually don't wear it to work for that particular reason. It's also that comfort slip that causes the bulge, so the only way I could wear it inconspicuously is if I don't use the comfort slip, but ouch! I actually read the Phallosan or whatever it's called is supposed to be great for that reason.

                  There needs to be some form of progress to your training. Even if it is fifteen minutes each session this will produce more gains. Tension will need to be increase regularly over time also.

                      I think at least in theory applying constant heat while being in the extender might help.

                          Not OP, but you recommend staying away from extenders/pumps until the beginner routine is done? I.e JP90

                            That is the general consensus among members, I personally started extending around month 2 of JP90. The key is to ease into it. Easy to over do it if you are not properly conditioned and are working you burrito on multiple fronts.
