Same problem here..using rubber band.. in that the silicone sleeves do not go out from the slot as rubber band holds them.
However, problem is sliding.. as silicone sleeves become softer and thinner with usage.. they start to slide..and I start to loose the traction. Anyone has any solution for this?

1) Put the silicon sleeve
2) Put a Foam protection ring on the silicon sleeve
3) Ballon your glans
4) Strap imediately
Zero slipping for more than 1700h

TeoDeles..thanks. Foam protection ring doesnt work for me unfortunately. It squeezes the glance that it becomes too uncomfortable and painful as well as my foreskin gets damaged by foam.
The best one working for me is only silicone sleeve right around the glance (glance doesnt get squeezed).
If I may ask ..maybe 2 questions for you TeoDeles (also welcome feedback from anyone else of course):
1-Any alternative to foam protection that you can recommend?
2-Did you not (after 1700 h) have need to replace silicone sleeve? Does it not get somehow weaker and softer?..so than there is sliding

"""It squeezes the glance that it becomes too uncomfortable and painful as well as my foreskin gets damaged by foam."""
We are strapping the SHAFT not the glans... so I really can t understand what you mean by the term "it squeezes the glans"
I adviced you to put the silicon sleeve on the SHAFT and then over the silicon sleeve you have to put the foam ... so the shaft will be in touch by the silicon sleeve so there is no point in saying that the foam is damaging your foreskin.
The silicon sleeve I am using is not from China shits Alibaba and the 40 thieves! LoL
Its from pharmacy and its use is for toe protection and its indestructable.
I bought 2 of them and I put the one over the other so its double in thickness.

Yeah, sure..we are strapping the shaft..but we do that at very end of shaft..where glance is starting. So that traction is created against glance..which is supposed to be little bigger than shaft..and against that we create traction. My problem is that we strap very close to that beginning of glance...which is squeezing that edge of glance in my case if I use foam.
I think we might be confusing silicone band and sleeve in this case.
So I use only silicone band..no foam, no sleeve. Thats the only thing that works for me..otherwise i have sliding and slipping off (in case of sleeve+foam)..or I have disconfort and foreskin damage (using foam and no sleeve).
When silicone band goes directly on shaft at the place where glance is starting.. i am able to have no sliding and slipping off and no discomfort (so far no discomfort but than Andro now provides new silicone bands that are killing my foreskin as they are much harder).
Hope you understand me now TusDeles?
I see how you are using it.. am surprised that you dont have any sliding and slipping off..you must be doing intensive head swell..or your glance is bigger than mine..dont know really. I saw posts from some other guys also using it the same way like me ..as only way that works for them also.
So when we talk about silicone band.. am curios to know if silicone band is getting soft over time in your case?.. that you have its sliding from the slot and you have to replace it?

I am using 2 silicon sleeves as I said . The one is over the other and they have become 1. They are stuck the one over the other so its like one piece.
The ones I am using are medical grade material and the real use of them is for the fat toe protection.
Most of the hours I have clocked was only with these silicon sleeves( without the foam. But when I am using the foam (over the silicon sleeves) I have better comfort. I have no difference in slipping though.
Using only the foam would be wrong because you are having slipping and skin irritation as you correctly said.
Yes by glans are big but this has nothing to do for not having slipping issues because the strap or the noose have to be at least 1/2 inch far from the glans.
The strap or noose has to be so tight that is able to create a "bridge" on the shaft itself.( like the hangers do)
From the things you say it seems that the noose/strap is being stopped by your glans and this is why you eleminate slipping.... which is bad for your glans.
The silicon sleeves are the perfect anti slipping tool ... so if you crate the "bridging" effect of your shaft , it remains unmovable.
Go in a pharmacy store and ask for silicon sleeves for the fat toe. They may be closed from the one edge so you have to cut it from the closed side.
Buy 2 of them and place the one over the other and you will have the ultimate tool.
After so many hours ( 1700h extending and maybe 200h of light hanging) these 2 sleeves have soften very little that doesn t affect their anti slipping performance.
If you are uncut you have to roll the foreskin back and as you hold it back you have to place the silicon sleeve in order to keep the foreskin back... otherwise you are gonna have slipping.
Is that your case? Are you uncut?Last edited by TeoDeles; 01-28-2021 at 03:21 AM.

I have the Quick Extender Pro and to stop the silicone tube from slipping I did this:
IMG_3358.jpgStart: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1
As of: 02/28/21 BPEL: 6.75, MEG: 5.25
Short term goal: stick with it for at least 3 months!
Long term goal: BPEL 8.0

Interesting. Thanks for this TeoDeles. It seems like pretty much different way of using extender. Its also different from Andro manual. All what I have achieved so far is result of glans stopping the noose and creating traction. The biggest gains I achieved just next to the glance.
I did try what you are suggesting with the silicone sleeve that comes with Andro and the foam..but i have again slipping. I guess your way of using double sleeve somehow makes you be able to do that bridge. And..yes, I am uncut.
Bridge to be 1 inch away from glance..thats really new to me. Wondering if some other guys use this your way.
TeoDeles..pls if I can ask you these two:
- What is the gain that you achieved after 1700 hours of using extender this way? (if possible to share of course).
- And what is the extender that you use?
Thanks again really. This all from you made me thinking.Last edited by ggrrgg; 4 Weeks Ago at 11:12 PM.

It has to be tight enough to prevent slip and loose enough to not cut blood flow completely.
Try different materials to wrap behind the glans. Hair ties helped me a lot to fixate the extender head. use different strenghts.
If you are not able to try and DIY and test extending aint for you. Took me weeks to get it going and it still will be a PITA,.. thats how it is.

Still issues here. Hair ties are ok..they work well that silicone tube doesnt slip..but they do not prevent silicone tube from sliding slowly and decrease traction that I need (f.e. sliding 0.5 cm after 30 min).
This does not happen if tube is new..but after 2-3 weeks of usage it becomes somehow less strong.. and it starts to slide.
If anyone has any solution..pls let me know. (Cunny I see what you did from your photo..but that doesnt work for me..am using Andro).
