ED guy having a question - Pumping size - the same as your normal erection size ?

Hey guys,

as one can check in my other thread I am suffering from a very severe ED, a very strong form of venous leakage, confirmed by doppler etc.

I am regularly using my vacuum pump to at least keep what I have, but my question is, if you guys without ed use a vacuum pump, does your erect size differ from the size in the pump ?

My routine looks like this : I pump to maximum erection - hold for 60s , release the pressure and then do the same thing again.

So the question is - if you do it like this, is your "vacuum erection" the same as your normal erection ?

hi, erection is Bigger inside the pump , about 1 inch longer i guess, girth also is increased .

Depends on the individual dick. My pumped (inside cylinder) is only slightly longer; however, my girth is significantly thicker.

Are you using the pump with a constriction ring to maintain your etection?

Also, Are you using any ED meds to offset your Venous leak.

Pumped erection if I use the pump flaccid is 2cm shorter than natural erection. Going into the pump with an erection it gets around 1cm longer. So if you go in totally flaccid expect to not get to full length.

For guys without ED it's best to enter the pump erect so there's no time spent getting erect in the pump. From there it should be easy to go past normal max erect size. A little bit of increase is seen at first but with time it can become a big increase.

Thanks for your responses, for me it is 17,5cm in the pump, and maximum of 15,5cm withouth, though I cannot hold that for very long. Unfortunately before ED my size was about 16,5-17cm with a normal erection.

I use Cialis daily, and my erection with any medication , even with the constriction ring after pumping is not sufficient ( I lose rigidity in that short timeframe when pulling the ring from the pump onto my penis as the vacuum loses).

The best constriction band available to maintain your pumped erection is the Osbon tension band - about $30 with shipping. It is most effective if is used in combination with a vacuum erection device, a specially designed pump system with a cylinder allowing you to slip the band directly on to the base of your pumped erection. Off the top of my head. Erectaid, Augusta Medical, and Tim Osbon come to mind.
