    It's not that I am trying to guard secrets, only I know how men are. Everyone likes take short cuts, and there are no short cuts to advanced training methods. You must build a traditional base to weight hanging that leads to proper conditioning for heavier more intense training and work loads. Nobody walks into the gym their first day and starts bench pressing 315 lbs and squatting 405 lbs for reps..... and nobody should attempt to do PE weight hanging with advanced exercises either.
