*Quick update* I just re edited my previous post with this quick update, "Probably one of the most important technique's of all is kegeling while extending whether that be normal or reverse kegel's, Note this is more advanced but if you aren't gaining positive effects at the beginning of your PE career then you should start kegeling while extending, whether that be holds for time or quick reps, I'm personally doing quick res just to keep positive expansion, I back off before i feel like i might be going into full erection, Rember if you are walking around PE'ing then you will probaly need to pace your self if you decide to do kegels at all seeing that you usally get a good enough pump from walking around, If you are a hard gainer then add in the kegels while walking, But work up to pumped flaccid.

If you have a powerful PC muscle then kegeling while your are extending might cause your penis to get pulled out of the device or strained.

You are very correct this isn't a beginner routine, Or a experienced persons routine, This is a hard gainer routine, Always use any new routine or supplement with caution, As they say, "If it ain't broke don't fix it" but if for some wild and crazy reason you do want to live on the wild side and don't mind any of the possible repercussions of constant blood flow tension then i would very much recommend this method along with kegels just in general, There are various people around the interwebs who have tried high rep kegels as well as kegel holds while PE'ing and for the majority it seems very productive, Although i'll note, Don't just do a session and think the heavens are going to open up from doing said amount of extension kegels, As with any supplement or PE exercise it takes time to see results. This is an article of a man who recommends various types of kegels, With extension kegels being one of them Ultimate Guide to Kegels - Good Looking Loser Remember if you do plan on doing any form of kegels learn to recognize exhaustion, Don't do something that's uncomfortable or something just because someone said to do it or recommended it, I'll repeat If it ain't broke don't fix it, Would you run a 50 mile marathon alone in the desert or would you pace your self and jog? If nothing else you should just do regular and reverse kegels in general with out any equipment just to assure yourself that you're keeping your pelvic floor and prostate healthy, Although i'll note again there is a lot of controversy over whether or not too much kegeling can over stimulate the prostate gland which could ""possibly"" cause it to enlarge, To me it doesn't seem too likely that the prostate will enlarge from over kegeling, It's like saying the human heart will grow past eighteen years of age without the help of any genetic or heart disease. If you should take anything from this it is, Kegels are good and healthy for your pelvic floor and prostate plus they will help you shoot your load rather than drizzle, That is if you aren't fatigued.

DO NOT TRY THESE METHODS...4 years ago as a 27 year old I tried penis extenders twice and water pump Hercules for a week and ever since I have erectile dysfunction and pinching of the penile nerves and loss of sensation and penile shrinkage and depression...please please whatever you do dont try this just be confident and happy with the size of your penis, a small penis is better than no penis (risks are high and many get injured)
