  • Penis extender question, how hard do you stretch?

    I'm thinking of maybe getting into extending again. I got into it when I bought it but quickly put it away in the shelve and never touched it again. Reason was, it didn't stretch me enough and it seemed really flimsy. I got the x4 extender. I have a question though, when using extenders do you keep it extended as best as you can? Like until you can't stretch it any more? Or do you just do a slight stretch like, no more than your erection length? I always tried to get a good stretch in where I could feel it but it just wasn't big enough for me and the little rods would pop out..

      You should extend it to your maximum flaccid length.

        It should be extended to the point where the springs are compressed some while you are in the extender. You can then adjust the screws to compress the springs more for more tention or decompress them for less tension.

          The X4 has scroll marks on the bottom rod to indicate tension. In the beginning you should keep the tension in the six gram area and slowly increase tension over time. After seven years, I still keep it in the 10gram range.

            I’ve yet to go past the 1st line on the tension rods. I’ve made some great gains so far.
