I am trying to find a good routine for P.F extender. I am currently incorporating a basic manual routine from the pe gym exercise book been off and on for 4 years so I am some what conditioned but I am stepping up my game to achieve my short term goal of 8.5 inches is there anyone out there that may have some handy information.
