It could be pre-ejaculate fluid induced by wearing the device.

hey thanks for answering I have another question, would the sleeve end up on the head aswell? or will it be within the bell untouched

If you're using a sleeve with the bell attachment you may apply it to the bell- as show in this diagram:

Yes I understand that, but will a part of the sleeve apply pressure on the glans? or will the glans remain untouched within the bell area

With the method recommended above, the sleeve shouldn't make contact with the glans.

just ordered some replacement sleeves. Will get here in a week. Got some large and medium, if I use the bathmate,l will need the large sleeve or some lite stretching I think the medium will be better. I want to pass this on,since l have used the PEXtender,my erection quality has been increased, since September, since started. Have moderate ED due to cancer and have seen some good results with this device. I wear it when sleeping which I know is a little frowned upon,but the other morning I removed it at 7AM and had a 100% full on wood at 9AM. IT was a nice morning. First in 2 years. Would really like to see Mayo or other research centers look into this,because I believe there is something to this.
