I can confirm that it does work with uncircumcised as well and is comfortable to wear. You will, like Big Al suggested, need to pull the skin back and secure it with the tape that comes with the PEXtender or something else. I have worn it for a complete 12 hours with no issues. This is mostly a lengthening device but some girth gains can be seen with it- especially if it's combined with girth specific and EQ movements.
You mentioned that this is a “simpler design” than the PF. Can I expect the same results -within the same time frame- I would expect from using Phallosan?
As long as you're progressing along the same lines as you would by wearing the Phallosan, there should be no reason why you wouldn't expect to gain. The complexity (as opposed to the effectiveness) of a device doesn't translate to better gains.Quote:
