can the pextender be used as an ads?
I have looked at the sample 7 week routine and it has rest days. Now when it comes to pe I believe there are two schools of thought on this and there are some folks who do not believe in rest days. Big Al, you made your gains with manual stretches, Did you create this routine for the pextender?

I had prostate cancer and radical prostatectomy over a year and half ago. Was always about 6x5 when healthy. Two months after surgery my penis retracted so much there was barely enough to grasp to urinate. Very disappointing. First started with vacuum pump and barely got to 5”.
Over time using bathmate, air pump, and an extender, (noose strap) in pump now 6 3/4 x5.5. Went up to 2.25 tube and x30 bathmate is getting full.
had been fighting extender with discomfort and mostly slippage. Couldn’t get full time in so found PEGym and PEXtender. Very comfortable, can walk, sleep,and it stays on. Wore it 5 hrs. And took it off to inspect and massage penis and got the largest erection I’ve ever had. Not super stiffy, not sure if that will happen again without TRIMIX.
plan on using PEXTENDER FOR LONG TIME.
is there a place to order new sleeves or other parts?

While it may work as an ADS if used with very light tension, you'll get the most out of the device if you train with it in a more intense and progressive manner. It's been my experience with training clients that rest days are very important- though the very light intensity/high volume routines usually require less rest days than more intense methods of training.

Can this be worn whilst at work like a PF

You should be able to conceal the wearing of this device under baggy clothing, though if you're repeatedly sitting and standing this will affect the tension levels.

any theory to getting erections while using extenders. I have seen mention of this at various posts.
l used a Quick Extender Pro over a year and would get semi hard occasionally. The base ring is kinda small and thought it was acting like a cock ring.
Have the PEXTender now and getting the same result.
A year and half of PE is paying off and had the largest erection ever after removing PEXTender. It was only .75% hard but suitable for sex.
This is very exciting because I have ED due prostate surgery.
I really feel it is helping on my road to recovery, And also a larger penis.

The issue with getting an erection in this particular device is in how it affects the wear. Engorgement of the glans may displace the bell attachment. Also, a full erection may prove uncomfortable while extending- though perhaps less risky with the PEXtender than with other types of devices.

UPDATE- The latest series of sleeves with the PEXtender are conducive to being rolled on to the open portion of the bell attachment.
