Do I need to wear the cap? I tried using it for the first time yesterday and everything was going well for a couple hours, but after a while my penis head would hurt because it was too tight.

I don't wear the cap. You might get some irritation or swelling on your glans without the cap but I adapted after a while. The cap squashed down my glans too much so I don't use it.

I tried stretching the cap on a large dildo for about 17 hours and it didn't make much difference. I'll try without it

Good find. I bet it is exactly the same. From the same factory in China...only difference is the graphic and name on box and a 300% markup. I might buy one off Ali and check it out
