So basically light hanging works but you never pass 20mins because of blood flow , im hanging like 1.5lbs dont know exactly (erect) and im perfectly fine just normal fatigue and even my penis get engorged during each set but when i wake up in the morning everything back to normal , is working ? i do 9x20 sets thats 3hours per day 21 hours per week. Please let me know if for what i describe the process is working

OK I ll bite.... first of all explain what do you mean by ERECT.
When we are hanging the hanger is attached a little behind the glans.
This is making the penis look down because of the weight.
So what do you mean by hanging erected? and how do you keep your erection?
I have told you again that if you need to do light hanging then why not extending?
1,5 Lbs=750 grams... This is a tension that an extender is able to produce.
We go to hanging because the extenders can not produce the tension that the hanging requires.

Whats the better position for hanging when u do it on a chair
1)Lay down on the back of the chair letting the force to make the penis fall
2)Push your chest forward for a full straight down position
3)Open or closed legs

I'm hanging standing 15 min hanging sets of 2 a night before bed. Water 20 oz fl zen hanger sleeve thier tie sucks just the clip holds good water jug just started thier pump is great just not much privacy with kids and wife. So hanging for now and starting to pump next week again. Thier pump electronic is amazing with the silicone base is great.
