    I’ve been extending in the Quick Extender Pro since April now and have gained just under a half of an inch and was wondering if about 1/8” of an inch every couple of months is common? And when does girth start to improve?

    Below is my log from my plateau after newbie gains. Start last Sept BPEL was 5 7/8
    3-20 No change 1-20

    Based on a single data point - a guy who I know gained 1cm from a year of tugging about 10 hours per day - I'd say expect a mm of new erect length per 300 hours of PE tugging.
    Foreskin Restoration, PE, Peyronies, and Phimosis solutions are my life's work.

      Most post with an extender say that at 250 hours of extending at 900-1200 grams they gained 0,5 cm (1/5 of an inch)
      Some people are also gaining girth with extending , some don t
      At what tension are you extending? For how many hours/day? How many total hours have you done? what are your length gains.?

        I started at 6.25 inches and I’m now 6.7”
        I would say I have a total of 430 hours but am not sure what the tension is. I’m using the mid tier Quick extender Pro. I would say I average about eight hours a day five days a week with weekends for rest.
        I have not been heating and doing very little manual exercises only maybe 50-100 slow dry jelqs a day. Each one takes about five seconds I do them in sets of 10 to 25 at a time

            It took me about 9 months, 3 to 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (900 hrs) to gain 1/4 inch.
