I am a client of Al’s. He has me on a safe and productive path. So I’m not lost... just want to hear what others are doing. How many days per week do you use Bathmate? How is your choice of workout frequency affected by your other PE activity?
Friday will be 5 months PE for me. I will measure that day also. On the 1st I’m starting the advanced Jelq Free Routine. This routine is only a 3 day per week program. I was going to start and end each session with 7 minutes Bathmate. I’m a little worried I should be pumping more. I don’t want to overtrain though, and Al knows what he’s doing.

Maybe just pump and stamina on Day 4?

I personally do it whenever I do manual exercises. For example, I'm currently on a 3 day on 1 day off regime so I'd include my bathmate on the 3 days on. However, if you do a lot of manual exercises, it probably wouldn't be the smartest idea to stick to your manual routine, so if I did a lot of manual exercises on the 3 days, I'd probably do 1 day on 1 day off on the bathmate. This is just my opinion.

Hi DYD for now I would stick with your 3 day pumping till you hit the 6 months and then I think you be ok to jump up to 4 days then I would do and incorporated in with exercising do 2 days the a day with no pumping then 2 more days with exercising, its great to do a mix, using jelqing as a warm up then pump, ( at 6 months you should be on 20 minutes but see Al) so you can do a 6 minute exercise, do a 7 minute exercise then another 7 and more exercising take a day off the 2 more days and then its 3 days off, from pumping that is, and see how that goes, but as your under Big Al he's your guy and not us, we can just suggest. OK
