  • Hanging Question.

    I haven't been letting my ligs recover and it's been working out really well. I allowed myself to feel a deeep stretch at 2.5 and 5 pounds for weeks on end. I then took 3-4 days off due to negative pis. Now I barely feel 5 pounds. Should I just take a step back and recondition so I can feel the same stretch or just fuck it and up the poundage.

    i followed the rule I read om here of no more than 1 pound per week. If you do that in only 5 weeks you will be at 10 pounds. The object is to stretch not see how much weight it will take. I am at 17 pounds now...

      There is no need to recondition after taking a few days off. Go a week at the 5 lbs and then add a lb if you still don't feel the stretch and see how that goes.
