    What is better 6x20 min (with breaks in between) or 3x20 min in the morning and 3x20 min in the evening ? Thanks in advance
    Start: 08.05.2016 BPEL 5.91" EG 3.9"


    Current: 10.11.2017 BPEL 6.4" EG 4.3"
    10.16.2018 BPEL 6.9" EG 5.2"


    Goal: BPEL 9" EG 7"

    The hanger reps recommend spit sets and im sure they have done their research as to why its more effective. There is a number of reasons but the big one for me is that once you reach the point of fatigue a hour is all about you can tale in one session.

        I would personally do 6x20 if I had the time. It seems anything over an hour is when I feel real progress during a session. I have had gains regardless but I feel it on a per session basis when I hang in excess of 1 hour at a time.

          I've done both 6 x 30 and 2 x (3 x 30). The main difference I've found is that my flaccid hang is longer when I break the 6 sets into morning and night portions. Whether that will convert to erect length gains is to be seen.
          Start (10/15/2018) : 6.125" x 5.125"
          Goal: 8.5" x 6.5"
