No . I got them and they are same almost after 5 months on BM . Its like tattoo - it kinda adapts , but doesnt look different if you know what i mean .

I would like to get removed them , even if it is just an aesthetic problem . What im worried about is that you can lose some sensitivity on your glans .

Hi If you go on You tube and put this in, removal of pearly papules you can see them being removed you hear them say that it does no damage, so you wont lose anything, its not like circumcision, as its this that reduces feelings as it cuts through nerves.

I have had them removed. Nothing to it except for a few days of abstinence afterwards. One of the best decisions i made. Cost about 150 dollars
