Hey so I bought the LG Hanger and the hanger itself is very comfortable, I really feel like I'm getting a good lig stretch not just the skin. However, I can't find a comfortable position to sit in for 2 hours ( I do two sets of 1 hour with a 10 minute break). I usually sit at the very end of a chair with the hanger hanging off. It seems to do the trick but this position is very uncomfortable and eventually my back and butt start hurting despite fixing my posture. So I guess my question is how do you guys hang for long periods of times in a comfortable position. I can stand but that eventually gets boring and painful.

I do the same thing basically as you described, but will put my legs on a coffe table with a pillow underneath them. Pulling the coffee table close to the chair seems to help. I do split sets tho too 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Doing 2 hours straight with the 10 minutes in between may be adding to the discomfort.
