As the title says: Is warmup before extending necessary? I know the importance of warming up when it comes to other exercises, such as manual and pumping however, im not sure when it comes to extending. I have the male edge extender, and i asked the male edge support whether is recommended/necessary to warm up before using the device, where they said that it wasnt. So i will ask here for your opinions

Warming up is good. Using heat periodically DURING extending is better.Start Sept '18 BPEL 6.0. NBPEL 5.75 GIR 4.75 BPFSL 6.25
