I've been clamping for about 2.5 months. I started with 3 sets of 5 minutes and slowly worked up to 3 sets at 7 minutes each. I get a good .5" expansion over my erect girth size (4.25 EG but clamps to about 4.75) but it doesn't seem like my actual erect girth has changed at all.

I'm debating switching up the routine a bit to see if that makes any difference. I felt like I had seen good results when I was primarily jelqing and considering going to a clamp/jelq routine. Something starting with either 2 sets of 7-minute clamps or 3 sets of 5-minute clamps and 100 jelqs and working my way up from there.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
