  • Extending rules

I am starting to think that there are some rules in order for optimum gains using extenders.
I ll post them here and please post your thoughts and experience.

    1) The gain zone is between 6-12h daily.

Anything less than that will only produce some newbie gains and then that s it.
People that claiming to use it for 3-4h and gain are those who was adding manual stretching.

    2) Low Tension

The correct tension is the one that you can wear it for 1h without pain.
The pain means halt of gains cause the penis is going in a survival mode.

    3) Rest days more than 1/week are setting you back

In rest days , the stretched length is starting to become less.

    4) Extending angle

In order to have the best possible gains we have to extend UP and Down and if possible STRAIGHT OUT
Only one angle will limit the possibility of optimum gains

    5) The extending hours should be spread in the day and not all at once

If we are doing 6h and we start at 9am and finish at 5pm( including breaks) is not so good as doing lets say 2h in morning , 2h in evening , 2h at night because we are letting a lot of hours without extending

Can I do an extender as a beginner? Did two weeks of a basic routine. I'm only using it for an hour so far. Will this hurt me in the long run?

      Yes you can.
Start at around 500grams tension 3h per day and every week add 1h until you are at least 6h. Then start adding tension every month

I would say 4 hrs is ok as I have gained and continue to gain for 6 months. And I would say one should be able to wear device for 2 hrs or as close to 2 for proper tension. I think if one cannot make an hour or so something is getting pinched or the device isn’t designed well. And lastly, wearing the device in the down position seems to put maximum tension on my ligaments but this may just be me.
            Start: 12/10/18 BPEL. 5.75. MEG. 5.25.

Now: BPEL. 7.50 MEG. 5.5. Fat pad ~.5 inch.

Short term goal: Just see some growth.
Long term goal: BPEL 8.0 inches or so. MEG 6 inches.

I don t think we can gain length via Ligs with an extender cause the tension is far very low

What's high tension? Because my cheap one off Ebay won't let me lower it to 900. It's only in 1500. I'm only doing an hour so far. Will I be okay?

I d say the perfect scenario would be to take 1 day off/week but this day do only 3h. 1 morning , 1 mid day ,1 night for keeping things stretched

Ok Nice thank you for your nice rules And is this good to do morning 4h extending. then break for 1 or more hours. then in the mid day to again 3/4 hours. and in the evening 3/5hours?

Or is it better to do 8/12h in a row with 3 little breaks of 15 minutes

Depends on the type of extender.
If its a compression one then I would give at least 30mins after each session cause if you give less break time the strapping point will start to hurt after 3-4 sessions.
If vacuum then you can do whatever you like.
The point is complete the daily hours trying to spread them equally in the day.

These are not my rules. It s wisdom spread in 2 forums

You have to measure the tension in grams by using a kitchen scale.

I already know the tension is more than 500. I'm asking will high tension but only doing an hour hurt me as a beginner?
