Hey Fellas!
Do any of you do a pumping AND clamping routine? If yes please share the routine.
I’m planning to begin a routine that consists of the following...
5 minutes of warm up
10-15 minutes of stretching
3 sets of 10 minutes of pumping with jelqing and kegels between sets
3 sets of 10 minutes of clamping
I’m not currently doing this routine, but will work my way up to it. The last time I did pumping I did one day on and one day off as rest days the next day was important.
If you only do pumping or only do clamping please share the routine as maybe I can incorporate suggestions from the two.
