Thread: Kegals in pump- cure for ED?

I find doing this has seemed to help my erection quality nicely, especially maybe twelve hours after I do it. Just 25 kegals in a pump. I akin it to weights, with
arms you need both weights and cables. This is more like cable with the mind , muscle connection much greater, then regular kegals.
I find this seems to be a more "natural" if you will, cure for ed.

Pulse pumping - 1 minute at 5 hg followed by 30 seconds at 2 hg, repeated for 15 minutes - has also been shown to help with ED.

where has this been shown to help with ED?
have you tried it yourself and for certain say it works for erection quality issues?
I only have a bathmate so I guess I could try 1 minute higher pressure than 30 seconds lower, back and forth, working up to that time.

Interesting. I like it.
I would find where your Loss of Tug is and use that as a guide. For example, if it's straight out, then you may want to kegel at lower pressures to avoid potential injury. I say this because at one point during my pumping, my pelvic floor was too tight and i would IK during slightly higher pressures... the pulling in opposite directions did not feel good at all. I can imagine the promise this may have if done safely though, and am looking forward to seeing the progress.

Pulse pumping replicates the process your dick goes through at night during REM sleep which is thought to be your body keeping your dick healthy

My own experience with pulse pumping is different...I play with different pressure from 5hg to 5.5hg. At times, I will dip to 4Hg or 3Hg then go back to 5.5.
This is all within a later part of a 3 minute period of my 15-minute routine. It's like my version of muscle confusion or keeping my muscles guessing if I was doing physical exercises.
I will also kegel using a kegel app while being in a 6.5Hg environment and depending on the app's time for the workday, I can go anywhere from 30 sec to 102 sec.
In either case, pumping has helped my EQ significantly.Last edited by closed291; 07-31-2019 at 01:33 PM.

will pulse pumping work while flaccid?
For pulse pumping to work better or best, do you need some level of erection, say at least 50 %, 60 %, 70%, 80%, 90% ?

I have ED from diabetes so I always go in the pump flaccid. Before the ED got too severe, the pulse pumping generated a better quality semi but in order to generate a full erection I needed to use a constriction band.

I Appreciate you sharing. In other words , like anything, do your best. Pumping while flaccid seemed to help me with better erection quality. I think pumping while semi erect is better. With a seventy percent erection, even better. And if one can get to eighty to ninety percent or more, it works better. There no shame in doing it if all I can get is flaccid because Im trying and that in and of itself is half of the work. If you hang in there, you will get better at it.
