Vacuum head extenders

Can someone help me find a good less expensive vacuum head extender? The noose/strap ones are just trash to me. I think it has to do with my size. The guys I see in their demo videos are shorter and thinner than me. Or is there anyway to turn the one I have now into a vacuum head one?

What exactly do you have now and what are your measurements?

I have just a basic extender from ebay. It's good just the noose isn't for me. I also have an ads which proves it's better for me. I'm 6.5x5 nbpl. My flaccid is around 4.5x3.5.
