I started with the 2" tube from LA Pump.
Since the start, the first about 1/3 of my shaft filled up the tube, with skin compressed against the sides.
About a week later I noticed about half the shaft filled the tube, and on two occasions the entire shaft filling the tube except for and area around the middle about 1/2 inch long not quite filling up.
I recently started doing the following routine:
- Warm up with hot towels.
- 2-3 minutes at about 1
- 5 minutes at 5 or 6
- 1-2 minutes at about 1
- 5 minutes at 5 or 6
- 1-2 minutes at about 1
- 5 minutes at 5 or 6
- 1-2 minutes at about 1
- 5 minutes at 5 or 6
- Hot shower with gentle jelks, massage, and helicopters.
by the end, my penis fills the tube to the sides completely. When I remove the vacuum pressure, the tube is difficult to get off. I have to keep the pressure release button pushed to allow air in, and finagle the tube around until I get my penis out, and it makes a loud suction sound.
My penis is then pretty thick in girth. At least as thick as the 2" tube's outside circumference.
I stopped for two days because I think I took too long last time, and the tip of the head became somewhat red and shiny and a little sensitive.
Anyway, the girth is pretty impressive, but then recedes after a while. I've only been doing this for less than a month, so I suspect it'll take another few months at least to see some permanent gains.
So do I need to go up in tube size or is the penis pressing up against the tube wall good?
Thanks!

Nobody has input on this question? Really?
I'm new to this and maybe its a dumb question, but really? Of almost 40 views so far, no input?

It's not a dumb question. What was your starting girth? You may have just started off with the wrong sized tube.

Not a dumb question, I'd love to answer it but still new/learning myself. I'm interested to hear someone answer it. My guess is, you probably started off with too small a tube like Tank said.

My starting girth was 6" erect. The website for LA Pump said to get the 2" tube.
From the beginning, I filled the tube girthwise for about a third of the length. Soon after, and by now, after about 15 minutes, my entire penis fills the tube girth wise and is a little difficult to pull out. So I figure I need a larger tube. I'm thinking of going up two the second biggest size, but don't want my testicles to get sucked in there.

Your (Erect) Penis Circumference Recommended Cylinder Diameter 3.15 inch (8 cm) 1.35 inch (3.4 cm) 4.00 inch (10 cm) 1.50 inch (3.8 cm) 4.70 inch (12 cm) 1.75 inch (4.5 cm) 5.50 inch (14 cm) 2.00 inch (5.1 cm) 6.25 inch (16 cm) 2.25 inch (5.7 cm) 7.00 inch (18 cm) 2.50 inch (6.4 cm) 7.85 inch (20 cm) 2.75 inch (7.0 cm) 8.65 inch (22 cm) 3.00 inch (7.6 cm) 9.42 inch (24 cm) 3.25 inch (8.3 cm) 10.20 inch (26 cm) 3.50 inch (8.9 cm) 11 inch (28 cm) 3.75 inch (9.5 cm) 11.8 inch (30 cm) 4.00 inch (10.2 cm)
This is the sizing chart from LeLuv. As you can see, for 5.5" they recommend a 2" tube. The 2.25" tube is what you would have wanted to start with. What pressures are you pumping to?

Leluv has a 2 1/8 size. Get that one then the 2 1/4.

The LAPump chart recommends cylinders that are smaller than they should be. They want you to buy the next size up as soon as possible.
I agree that a 2.125” cylinder would be a good move. I found the 2.25” cylinder too big and sucks in a ball now and then. Ouch!Valued Member of 9+years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

If you do go with a LeLuv cylinder, and provided they're compatible with your system, I recommend the wide flange. The thinner flanges get uncomfortable with more (less, really) pressure.
Also, check where the tube meets the flange on the inside. Sometimes they're a little off and there's a sharp edge inside. Sands down easy if it's small. If it's more than you want to deal with, get with customer support. They were great and I had a new cylinder in the mailbox in a couple of days. Despite that particular issue, I do like their product.

Keep using your 2" tube until you pack it at about 3/4 or all of your shaft except for the head. When you make the switch to a 2.125" or 2.25" tube your girth is going to be massive and the new tube will feel more comfortable.
