  • 5HG not feeling like much at all

So I been pumping on and off for quite a long time, I would say minimum 4/5 years. Anyway I have never had a pump with a gauge until now. After doing some reading recently I was going to try some of these longer pumping routines, 30min-1 hour in the tube at 5hg. Obviously now I realize I was over doing it previously.

What I want to know is has anyone else experienced something similar, if I persist at 5HG will it feel more intense as I recondition to that?

So pump at a higher pressure. I personally don't pump at anything less than 10"Hg for 30 or longer.

5 hg for up to 20 minutes works well for me. If I go over 5 hg or 20 minutes, I get excess edema.

That depends on who you're asking. Newbies add time to their maximum pressure, usually 5"By, but more advanced guys need to pump up the pressure.
