    I've hung different places on my penis , higher up, the classic recommended, inch behind the glans, lower down with less weight...


    Is there a best place for an attachment while hanging, that would elicit more growth than other positions?


    essentially we are cutting blood circulation off, so how is this beneficial to growth?

    When I was hanging, I was using a sock hanger with a cable clamp(s) tightened about 1” to 1.5” above the glans. When the weights were attached the cable clamp(s) would force my foreskin to bunch up between my glans and the clamps forming a “cushion” between the clamps and the glans which protected the glans and gave the clamps something to prevent them from slipping.

    To maximize gains you need to stretch as much of the shaft as you safely can. Normally with a compression style hanger 1 - 1 1/2 inches below the glans will give you enough room to grip the internals and build up the shoulder ahead if it without putting any pressure on the glans.

    so all that's happening is the inner penis is stretched outwards? thats penis enlargement in a nutshell?

    The internals of penis is comprised of the tunica and the smooth muscle within it. The tunica is the limiting factor on the size of your erection and that's what needs to be worked stretched to make gains. The smooth muscle growth will need to keep up with it to maintain a good EQ level. Hanging in the SD or BTC positions will have the added benefit of stretching the suspensory ligament. This will expose some of the inner penis(the area of the shaft held within the body by the ligs) for additional gains. It's always recommended to start off with these positions as it will work both the ligs and tunica for maximum gains in the beginning. Once you have maxed out your lig gains you can focus on the tunica with hanging in other directions to further your gains.
