So I’m just curious if getting a little edema from pumping is a bad thing. I find it nearly impossible to avoid. It’s not seriously bad and goes away fast but I’m more just curious if just getting minor edema is considered a bad thing or just a normal outcome of pumping.

Just understand, it is Lymph fluid filling a space which is caused by separating layers of skin/cells.
Unknown to me is how long before the body is able to repair that area, so the layes are bonded.
I never cared to have that side effect because it caused me to defer other PE activities while I waited for the fluid to go away.
For Some pumpers, its not a factor, other it is. Your call.Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

I have never found a little edema to be a problem. However, as Dangler indicated, I would not want to begin an extender session immediately after a pumping session that resulted in edema.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
